Full payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

We encourage customers to book appointments in advance.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Failure to cancel within the given time may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Warranty and Liability

We stand behind the quality of our work. Parts may carry manufacturer warranties, and workmanship warranties are available where applicable.

Comiskey Motor Service Group is not responsible for pre-existing damages or issues not related to the service provided.

Vehicle owners are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is insured while in our care.

5. Vehicle Storage

Vehicles left beyond 48 hours of completion without prior arrangement may be subject to a daily storage fee.

We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside vehicles.
